Sources potential candidates from different channels to be screened and processed for clients’ requirements. Pre-screens resumes of potential candidates based on clients’ specifications. Invites candidates at HRNI office for further screening. Accommodates walk-in applicants for screening. Screening of candidates. Creates synopsis / endorsement letters to be submitted to the clients for processing Schedules candidates for clients’ screening. Makes sure that scheduled candidates attends the screening schedule that has been provided by the clients. Updates monitoring regarding each candidates’ progress on the clients’ recruitment process. Makes sure that candidate monitoring is updated. Makes follow-ups on candidates’ status on the recruitment process of the clients. Provides candidates’ status of their screening based on the clients’ update. Answers phone calls and makes sure to provide utmost customer service. Updates HRNI database on accumulated resumes from different channels. Makes sure that testing materials and other company assets are well taken care of. Performs what is assigned from time to time.
