I was described by my co-workers as a fast-learner person, every time we had a new task or project I could learn the process on how to do it quickly. I take that as one of my strengths but I still have a lot more to offer. I graduated with a degree in BS Mathematics. I like solving and analyzing mathematical problems. I previously worked on a BPO company for almost 3 years wherein I experienced doing data entry for the customer's account details as a Billing Specialist. We are in charge of any bill disputes of the customers and making adjustments to their bill and account so that they won't have the same problem on the next billing. I also worked on the same BPO company as a Mission Control Analyst wherein we send statistical reports hourly in MS Excel file for the performance of the agents. We analyze real-time call trends per interval and make sure that agents with the right skills are staffed at the right interval to pass the financial goals of the account. We act as the first point of contact for any tools issues and outages of the agents and take necessary actions to resolve them. I also experienced working as a Virtual Assistant wherein I did email management, organizing calendars for scheduled meetings and events as well as lead generation thru social media outreach like FB and LinkedIn, and importing leads in CRM (Close.io and Centralmation). I also experienced making social media content graphic design in Canva and infographics of the products to be posted on Amazon. Sometimes I do product research depending on the client's task.
