Efficiency is my language, and I deliver my job even under pressure. I love to dig into difficult situations or problems that are work-related and find solutions to solve it. With my experience, I am trained to stay calm when difficulties arise. But I never settle. I drive, refine, and push my self to be a better person by exposing myself to new learning experiences, trainings, and interaction with different cultures and types of people. I never say no to challenges. Leading people in community-based projects have made me become a better people person. Seeing my team succeed, knowing that the projects that I have lead made a significant impact on people's lives gives me great joy and sense of fulfillment. As a former teacher, I have cultivated within me that deep sense of compassion and dedication towards my craft and the people that I am mentoring. Professionally, being a teacher and a project leader have made me a result-oriented person who does not settle for haphazard outputs. When I am not hustling, I am a mom of a tween-aged daughter who, just like me loves to laugh, sing, read, and watch movies. Whenever I am with my daughter, my love-tank is full and I just can't help but spill it on other people. My daughter gives me a great sense of purpose and direction, and I just want to build a life with her that is full of love, life, faith, and respect to humankind. Well, whatever I may do, whatever function or role I may play outside of my home, I always bring the 'mom-side' with me. I truly believe in other people's dreams and hopes. And I know that with the right guidance and tools, anyone can achieve anything as long as they keep moving and working towards their dreams.
