Administrative Clerk II
I graduated from Central Philippine University with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration major in Financial Management. I worked at Lechonhaus Food Corporation Head Office as an Administrative Staff under the Sales Department for almost four years. Throughout my experience, I have equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary for the company. Working as an Administrative Staff of Lechonhaus, I am responsible for auditing and monitoring the daily and monthly sales of 20 stores. In this position, I honed my interpersonal skills through clerical responsibilities (telephone, in-phone, and other electronic correspondence) and by responding to the various tasks that my work environment brings. I am currently employ as a contractual staff of one of the government agencies as an Administrative Clerk II. I am looking for extra income due to the inflation. I assigned under the Auditors of the Commission on Audit. I also help in releasing and or in receiving documents (i.e., incoming and outgoing documents and reports of the Audit Team). I also do routine work at the place assignment (i.e., verify/check/prepare audit working papers, prepares credit notice, quarterly SASDC reports, quarterly status of cash examination, NSSDC, and office orders. I also assist in other auditing agencies such as PENRO-Antique, DARPO-Antique, and EMB-Iloilo.
