Hi there, Im Trixia Bernadette Lucena, 23 yrs old. I've been in the BPO industry since 2019. Just like most individuals, I started on an entry level as an agent with Transcom where I handle Inbound calls from US helping customers whenever they have queries about a new phone or setting an appointment whenever they need service centers to have their phones checked. I also started as email support representative with TaskUs handling emails for Australia and New Zealand regions under trips and accounts related concerns. During the pandemic, I got transferred to a safety LOB in the same campaign but that time, handling much difficult concerns. In the middle of the pandemic, I was asked to go onsite to pilot an LOB that supports Inbound, Outbound and Emails where we handle life and death situations with the customers and drivers, but this time, as a Subject Matter Expert. To be specific we are handling Accidents, Sexual Misconduct, Dangerous Driving Concerns and so on. After 8 months of becoming a Subject Matter Expert, I decided to step up and apply for the team lead position which I got promoted to. From there, I have unlocked more of my capabilities which I believe is why you can accept me for this post. For the past years of working in the BPO as part of the support team, I believe that I already possessed the discipline and proper work ethics to gain our clients' trust. Also, throughout the years, I have gained the trust of my managers and teammates that I can both work on a team and individually, thus, makes me a team player. I believe that empowering oneself is good but empowering the whole team is better. Looking forward to working with you all soon!
