I've worked in the call center industry for 5 years and I hone my spoken and verbal English during that period. After that, I moved to work from home because, in that way, I can easily take care of my children and I can also perform better working in my environment. In my previous call center experience, I worked as a customer service representative for eBay where I help sellers and customers regarding their order, inventory, and any problem that they have. That's where I learned how to be resourceful and to think outside of the box. I also worked as a Dispatch Officer in a Limousine Company. I stayed there for a year and I also learned a lot of experience and knowledge. I assist people who want to book a ride with us and I also call the other limousine companies if we can't accommodate to provide excellent customer service. I also worked as a customer service representative (Email Support). I help customers regarding their orders, refunds, trackers, and any problem that they have. We used Shopify to process their refunds, check their trackers and order details. My recent worked experience are Digital Marketing Prospecting and Virtual Assistant. As a Digital Marketing Prospecting, I'm the one who is searching and checking people on social media to know if the person is our prospect or not, then will send a message and offer the product or service. As a virtual assistant, I'm the one who booked an appointment for my client's behalf and doing some admin tasks. I may be lacking some experience but I can assure you that I am a very motivated person and I am very eager to learn new things. l
