Hello, My name is Xyla Venyz T. Cabilatazan and I’m 23 years old. I’m currently a college student and I’m taking up Financial management as my degree. I’ved worked as an event coordinator for 5 years. I’ve also worked as a part time Transaction Coordinator and Admin Assistant to a Real Estate Team based in Canada for 1 year and 3 months. I also became a Virtual assistant with the role of Social Media Manager and basic admin task to a real estate agent based on Losa Angeles, USA. As an admin assistant, I am very proficient in office tools like Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher), Google and Windows applications. I also managed databases using SharePoint, Cloud storages and KW Command contacts to keep documents, contacts and other important details organized, updated and in detail. My experience as a Real Estate Virtual Transaction Coordinator, I’ve used CRM like KW Command specifically under the Opportunity where I make sure everything goes smoothly from contract to closing. and I also used transaction management software such as Dotloop and Docusign. I also have the knowledge of putting up listings on our MLS specifically on Paragon. I am also knowledgeable about lead sourcing using Homebeats and MLS Paragon.Also in, KW Command smartplans and mailchimp. In creating marketing materials and postings for the management. I have skills in Canva, KW Command designs and MS Publisher. I also have the skill in simple and basic video editing. In video editing projects, I usually use Filmora,CapCut and other movie maker applications using my laptop or my phone. I love spending my free time or weekends with my family and friends. I also love baking and singing to give myself a break. I dream of finishing my degree in a year form now and buying a condo unit for me and my mom. I also want to help my church build its own worship center
