The reason why I want this job because it suits for me because I’ve been two years working in the BPO industry and almost three years working from home as a Virtual Assistant, my previous job positions included scheduling appointments, organizing files and emails, checking deals and payments, tracking expenses, and updating sheets, list building, and more. While most of my work was independent, I led collaborative group projects that required teamwork to reach a common goal. My time management system allows me to multitask as I handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously. So, I will be an excellent fit for this role because I am self-motivated and believe self-motivation is an essential skill. Every morning, I wake up and say a simple affirmation aloud, “I am a winner, and I am going to continue winning today.” And I will not like the others who disappear when things get complicated because as I said I am a self-motivated person who has a fighting spirit and stays positive in every situation. So, I have a particular work style that works best for me, and appreciate dependability in the workplace. In the two years, I have only skipped three days of work. I am dependable needs cooperating with associates to deliver projects to specifications and on schedule. That's why I do everything I can to help my team achieve goals. For example, my employer once hired a competent engineer. The engineer was brilliant and had exceptional qualities but was not familiar with the Agile method. I dedicated two weekends to explaining to him how our team uses Agile to improve partnerships and increase productivity. This reduced his learning curve and improved the team's efficiency by about 30% in five months. The strength that I am proud of is that I am very honest. When I feel that my workload is too large to accept another task, or if I don't understand something, I always let my supervisor know. The weakness that I have is shyness something that I struggle with in large groups. I find it intimidating to ask questions or raise points, so I usually remained silent in the past.
