I am currently working as a part-time Real Estate Virtual Assistant. My job is allowing me to assist my client with real estate transactions like editing and posting properties for sale; lead generation and reaching out to potential buyers and sellers. It also involves processing any documents needed like contracts, other related paperwork, and the needed follow-up thereafter. Support is also offered for the initial setup of CRM tools, including dialer as well as importing of external lead forms to CRM. Help is also extended to managing contacts generated by the CRM, reaching out to them through calls or email whichever is applicable. Cold calls are also part of the support, performing this after all administrative tasks and follow-ups are performed. Occasional attendance to updates regarding tools training and enhancement is needed to improve performance and be up-to-date with the features of the tools that we can maximize to reach out to more potential leads. Minimal Social media management is also performed by posting real estate-related links on Linked and managing email signatures with lead generation links. With my combined 10-year experience being an Office Staff for over a year and being exposed to the BPO (Call center) Industry for 9 years, handling various roles from Customer service representative, Technical Support, Escalation Desk, and Team Leader, I acquired the necessary skills, knowledge, and abilities in handling the simplest to the most complex tasks. Having joined two start-up programs on two different occasions, I was exposed to Project Management skills. In both cases, I have developed the ability to work under pressure and to open my mind to be innovative in terms of voicing out my suggestions for the program. I got used to thinking of ways on how to be able to positively contribute to the success of the program. I value excellence, integrity, and continuous improvement. For the entire duration of my employment, I am proud to say that if you asked my former co-workers about my performance, they have high respect for me in terms of my integrity & ability to deliver results. On the second account that I joined as a start-up, I was part of the Team chosen to start the program because I was part of the top quartile.
