I'm currently a freelance production assistant and photo editor at the company Two Six Hundred Stories Studios and undergoing Social Media Marketing Training courses. My roles is answering inquiries through email for potential clients using messenger and gmail. I also coordinate, schedule meetings and appointments for sure clients and suppliers using google calendar. I also book or schedule the date availability of our freelance photo and videographers. Editing photos for us to submit within the agreed date during the meeting of our clients. Before that I'm also an experiences Customer Support Representative. My responsibility is processing customer accounts and organizing file documents for them to be organized. I also handle customer complaints, providing them appropriate solutions and alternatives through email. Speaking of email, I'm proficient also in email management and sorting them, I send them email update with their purchase in the website platform and providing accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. I was also a Social Media Moderator and editor at Player One Entertainment on 2020 up until 2021, as I've manage and organize emails for inquiries of the page. I also sort orders and sending them email invoices for the purchases. Posting daily news and article about e-Sports and latest technologies for the audience. Marketing a merchandise and designing them is also my key responsibilities. On the year 2019 up until 2020, I've worked as a bartender and waiter at Newtown Plaza Hotel. My role is where I provide satisfaction with my guest, expressing my art and personality through drinks.
