Front Desk Specialist - Verify the patient's insurance coverage before the scheduled Initial Evaluation. Answer incoming patient calls and assist when they need to cancel their scheduled appointment. Assist in scheduling appointments, providing Intake Forms to the patient, and collecting necessary documents like Insurance Cards and Identification cards before the Initial Evaluation. Customer Service - help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns. I also record customer inquiries by documenting inquiries and responses in customers' accounts.
