I have been in the BPO industry since 2007, and I’ve handled different kind of accounts and portfolios. My 1st job was with a financial account, we help our customers on how they can pay their debts, and we provide options on how they can do staggered payments. After which at 2010, I moved to logistics which at this point I help in resolving their disputes on their invoices. I talked to various departments for research and ask for back up documents to resolve their disputes. When I started to do Freelancing Jobs, I had a project with a client and help him out with the customer support tickets with their Shopify. I help in answering support tickets, verifying transactions and shipping addresses. I was able to handle live phone calls and live chats for the said project. One of the most challenging project I’ve had is which I handled a very complex product. I needed to really know the product by heart so I can help my customers properly. I did my homework, I went out of my way just to study the product so whenever a customer called and having issues with the product I would be able to understand him/her properly. I don’t have any attendance issues and I work really hard in a timely manner.
