As an experienced IT Help desk support for 4 years, including assisting customers upon their inquiries and concerns through email, chat, and phone calls. Providing efficient customer support for all our customers. As a previous Marketing Assistant in the bank loan department in 1 year, my responsibilities are daily checking the loan status of clients to the system, calling clients regarding their loan payment and terms, giving advice on their finances/investment aspect, cashing a cheque.
