Virtual Assistant/Data Entry/IT Officer
- Supervises effectively and efficiently IT’s day-to-day operations and its personnel in the proper performance of their assigned tasks in compliance with ICT policies and guidelines in line with the branch’s thrust and objectives. - Reviews and schedules AS/400 box and PC server’s data processing tasks as well as job requests of end-users. - Serves effectively and efficiently as administrator of AS/400, gaming application systems server and branch portal/website. - Supervise the following Network and Technical Management Activities: - Isolation, mitigation and resolution of problems with 24x7 onsite technical support to end-users. - Performance checking and maintenance of network devices and equipment. - Set-up and operation of the audio/video equipment as needed. - Coordination with Communications and Network Technology Unit (CNTU) Corporate on plan and design of branch network infrastructure as well as with vendors and/or service providers for hardware/software upgrades for ICT projects. - Schedules regular backup and archiving of installed application system files to storage media to ensure availability of information as needed. - Serves as lead person in the proper implementation of ICT systems and training of its end-users in accordance with ITS’s guidelines. - Initiates and recommends enhancement of business processes, network infrastructure and system security policies for ITD’s review. - Evaluates ICT requirements for procurement/disposal for endorsement.
