I am seeking a Customer Service Representative or any administrative and clerical position where I can maximize my knowledge and professional expertise in problem analysis and problem-solving with strong interpersonal communication skills. I have worked with the BPO industry for almost 3 years, both voice and non-voice. I worked for almost two years in a BPO Company, Coredata Inc., as a Credit Analyst for an international account handling credit card dispute. My job was purely non-voice or email support. After a year, I applied for a higher position with the same company as a Quality Analyst. My main duty was to evaluate the quality performance of our credit analysts. I also worked for SPI Global Inc. as a Customer Service Representative under a Smart Postpaid billing account. I provide exceptional customer service with their billing concerns. In addition to that, I also have relevant skills that I acquired from my previous job that will equip me and easily adapt to this new environment. I worked for a pre-need company which is, Cocoplans, as a CSR (Business Center Admin Assistant) for more than two years. I was the overall in charge of the branch so I did various clerical and administrative tasks, from cashiering, daily and monthly cash monitoring, email management, and performing marketing presentations. I also facilitated meetings for updates and how to improve our sales. I also acquired 3 years of experience as a graphic artist in a digital printing business. To upgrade my skills, I’m currently exploring the field of social media marketing. I finished the Virtual Assistant Social Media Marketing Course (SMM, Algorithm, Content Creation, Lead generation, SEO, WordPress, and Facebook Ads); to equip myself and hope to work with a client looking for this kind of skillset. Having said that, I acquired relevant skills such as customer service, problem-solving skills, and technical skills such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and graphic design. Furthermore, I'm a self motivated person with the strong willingness to learn. I'm very resourceful, flexible and has great work ethic.
