I have BPO call center experience for 7 years. I handled sales, customer service, technical support, and collection, apart from that I worked as a team lead where I handled team and also as a training support to help newly hired agents. I have 5 years of Cold-calling experience I have been in the Freelance industry since 2020. I worked with AMD Telecom as a sales administrator/Email Account executive, where I generated Leads for businesses and sent them email meeting invitations for almost three years. I worked as a Property Analyst for a private company in the USA where I researched and compiled property documents such as appraisals, tax, utilities, permits, and more. Also as their admin where i handle company email as a Client relations. Business Development representative for an HR Company in Canada calling small to medium businesses and organizations initiating business with them. and introducing our service via cold calls I worked as an internal sales associate for a virtual assistant agency based in TN. I started with a client and then worked internally for the agency calling prospective clients. I was working directly with the owner and helped set up workflow and SOP with them. I also created the Video introduction to the clients. I also worked with a few companies as a real Lastly with Salud Healthcare an MSO company in FL where I lasted almost 3 years.I started March 2022 until this month 2024. We are calling primary care physicians office offering medicare advantage health plan. I am hardworking, goal-oriented, and can work under pressure with minimum supervision, I have a good work ethic and can add value to the company.
