I’m also actively involved in responding to customer inquiries via email, text, and phone calls, always aiming to maintain professionalism. One of my key strengths here is building and maintaining strong customer relationships. after that, I gained valuable experience at Cx Innovative Solutions. There, I was responsible for call monitoring , conducting compliance checks, and Gather call scripts to ensure quality standards to Catch up. and I'm also I also provided performance feedback to team members and supported training programs to improve service delivery. Reviewing and analyzing the overall customer experience was a critical part of my job, however it's me who helped optimize operations and improve client satisfaction. In addition, I worked remotely with Farm Harvest, managing stock inventory and payroll records while handling customer inquiries and advertising through social media platforms like Facebook. This role further boost my multitasking abilities and taught me how to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Early in my career, I worked as a Sales Representative at iQor, where I developed skills in order processing, pricing product, and sales tracking across multiple product catalogs. This sales experience gave me a solid foundation in customer engagement and business operations. Throughout my career, I’ve learned the importance of clear communication, attention to details, and a positive attitude.
