Hi, My name is Aldave Farnican Pengla. I’am here to apply as a Virtual Assistant. As a newbie in this kind of industry, I’m so excited to explore more and to gain knowledges and ideas that you wanted to teach me. From my past or recent job as a Customer Service Representative, I learned a lot such as, to be flexible, to manage my time, to share my skills and to mold my communication skills etc. Way back 2023, I'ved been a customer service representative and handling a food delivery account. I did 3 tasks which are emails, chats and inbound calls. It has been a great experience for me because it taught me on how to be a good and molded representative. There are times that I got demotivated it's because of irate customers and I will not deny that. But, I realized that this is the work that I loved, applied for and my forte. Additionally, its's to say goodbye in that company and as they said there is no permanent. I carried the learnings and skills from my previous job and the year 2024, I decided to apply as an account specialist on a financial account and luckily, after 12 hours of waiting and finishing all of the assessments and interviews, I got the job. Financial account, all I can say is you will learn a new things or stuffs, rather. I'ved been dealing with a lot of customers that has a different concern, and I was so shocked it's because that was my first experienced in that kind of account. Though, it has a great compensation and the environment itself, all I can say is good especially if there is no toxicity. Moreover, I enjoyed working in that account. It molded my communication skills, my patience, my attitude towards the customers, to be a flexible specialist. All through this, I'm ready to open my world in the new industry and to go out on my comfort zone as well and that is something that I want to impart if you will be hiring me and to be part of your team.
