My name is Jayphane De Leon-Acacio, Jayp for short. I am 31 years old(almost 32). Married with one daughter and a son coming soon this August 2022. I work as Sales Admin-OIC for four years(2013-2017)at British United Automobiles Inc(MINI Cooper Philippines). Being Admin OIC, I Am in-charge of monitoring units from ordering, importation, transportation to release(customer sales). Being Sales-Admin OIC is very challenging job. I always work under pressure we need to meet all the clients' need and demand on their units. I learn a lot in that job I become more mature in handling task with minimal supervision from our manager and I become dependable. After four years I transfer to a Food Catering Company its a total different from my previous job. I work there as a Executive Assistant of the Operations Manager. Being an EA, I need to handle, all the phone calls, email, coordinating to other department, setting appointments of her meetings, and monitoring sales too. but aside from that I also help the Quality Assurance of the company. In my experience as an EA is quite challenging, because of that I become more dedicated to my job. But unfortunately because of COVID pandemic I lost my job for two years. That is why I decided to try in another field as Virtual Assistant. Since I will be having two children soon I want to stay with them while their growing and also to earn while at home. I don't have experience as Virtual Assistant. But in my experiences I am confident that I can easily learn new things. Learning is fun.
