Hi, my name is Kimberly but you can call me Kymie and I'm from the Philippines. I have a bachelors degree in Computer Science. I was a former customer service representative for 4 years and is used in dealing with diverse nationalities over the phone. I love to converse in English, meet different kinds of people and learn different cultures as well. I have experience in outbound calls but mostly inbound calls from different businesses and campaigns. I handled different accounts like Telco ( T Mobile Prepaid and Activations) Sales, Credit and billing and Customer Retention. I am emphatic, have phone skills, patient and can deal with irate customers. I try my best to help the client with providing excellent customer service and also understand them and solve any of their concerns. Now I am a certified Esl teacher and has a TEFL certificate and I've been teaching online for more than 2 years now. Most of my students now are from Europe mostly Ukranian, Italian and Turkish. Some are from Asia like China. Vietnam and Thailand. I can handle kids ages 3 and up, teens and also adults. I introduced the basics in English like alphabets, phonics, grammar, proper pronunciation and also free talk or conversational type of lesson. I can teach beginners as well professionals from all over the world. I am friendly, enthusiastic, hardworking and passionate in the things I do. My goal is to be a virtual assistant because I want to enhance my skills and learn new things. I was a former Sales Secretary in a Construction Company for a year and did various admin tasks like data entry, email management, filing, making reports, scheduling and a lot more. I am a multi tasker, hardworking and motivated. I am not afraid to try and learn new things to enhance my skills and can use different software and apps like MS Office tools, Google Docs/ Sheets, Canva, Skype, Zoom, IG, YT and different social media apps. I am experience in being a CSR and I want to be a Virtual Assistant. I am here to be trained, to learn more skills and softwares, and to be an effective VA and help clients grow their business. I believed a professional was once a beginner and it's ok to make mistakes just try again and never stop learning and work smart.
