Hi there, greetings from Philippines. I have a relevant experience in my current job, like Organizational Skill, Multi-Tasking, Communication Skills Verbal and Written, Data Entry(for example: Updating the data of the client in our system). And also currently I am working as a Customer Service Representative at Everise Company, but I was thinking of quitting the job, due to our familiy is relocating far from the company's site, because the Company's rule is as an Employee, we must be near onsite so that at least I can travel anytime to the site for only 1-2hrs if necessary. The nature of my job in the company is a Prior Authorization Specialist from Humana Clinical Pharmacy Review Department. And according to my Supervisors and Team Leader, i got good grades in my QA scans like i got 100% average straight to all my calls. And also, I will be taking GVA course, so that I will be able to do the things better and accordingly on what the company is looking for as a Virtual Assistant.. thank you and Godbless..
