L1 Support Engineer - Provide Level 1 Technical Support for all mobile solutions to all Alpha clients of one of the top Telco in the Philippines covering an end-to-end setup and technology level 1 assistance from core applications to the solutions. Shared Support Services Lead - As part of the MDI-SSD (Support Service Desk) that handles shared support for multiple clients of MDi with confirmed maintenance agreement in compliance with SLA that have confirmed engagement and with MDI internal IT Solutions team that provides technical support assistance with internal users. Leads, monitors and supervises analysts through completion of the complete support cycle in parallel with the processes provision for the requirement of multiple clients. Close coordination with the Service Operations Manager in managing directs for corporate function requirements.
