I am an Expat here in Malaysia and currently holding a Systems Administration position in a very known multi national energy corporation and is one of the successor companies of standard oil that has a satellite site here in Malaysia and is Headquartered in San Ramon, California. I have 5 years technical support experience, 3 years service desk analyst with SME works. I have decided to do freelancing work that is why I will be rendering my resignation to my current company by first quarter of 2020. After being an employee going to work everyday for almost 15 years, I think it is time for me to take charge and establish a business of my own. Through your site, I will be able to get clients directly and manage the services freewheelingly. The company I am working with now is DXC Technologies and the client where I am assigned is CHEVRON. I am doing Server Administration work for them since 2015. Before that, I was a Service Desk Analyst and handled clients namely Dupont, Estee Lauder, Ingersoll Rand, and Paypal. Those years of experience, I really think will be helpful to fill freelancing positions in your site. Plus, to adjust with the change on our IT industry, I am taking up courses and certifications to keep me updated to the latest approach and methods on our ever changing industry. While working, I was able to finish IT courses and got certified by Axelos and now hold PRINCE2 (Project Management), ITIL V3 and AGILEShift certifications. I have finished courses for AWS and SCRUM and I have scheduled my certification exam on January 2020. Since I have decided to be a freelancer, I am currently taking certification classes on Digital Marketing and Virtual Assistant. By end of this year, I am sure that I will be certified and will definitely be ready to do freelancing work.
