Senior Concierge Lead | Senior Team Lead
I’ve been in the BPO industry for 8 years, starting out as a Customer Service Representative and eventually moving up to Senior Representative. In this role, I supported both the team and our Team Lead by addressing callouts from onshore teams, clients, and internal groups such as RTA (Real Time Analyst) or QA (Quality Assurance0.
