I have a diverse background in various freelance and remote positions, accumulating valuable experience over the past few years. For two years, I worked as a seasonal freelancer, allowing me to gain exposure to different industries and projects. This experience enhanced my adaptability and problem-solving skills as I constantly had to adjust to new environments and deliver high-quality work within specific time frames. Following my seasonal freelancing, I spent one year as a remote tasker at SUPAHANDS. This role required me to handle a wide range of tasks remotely, such as data entry, research, and administrative support. Working with SUPAHANDS honed my organizational abilities, attention to detail, and ability to work independently while meeting deadlines. After my tenure at SUPAHANDS, I transitioned into a content moderation role at Appen. As a content moderator, I was responsible for reviewing and evaluating user-generated content on various platforms, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and policies. This position sharpened my analytical skills and my ability to make consistent and fair judgments while maintaining a safe online environment. Additionally, I briefly worked as a customer service representative reviewer at Fairtrade Outsourcing Company for one month. In this role, I interacted with customers, resolved their concerns, and evaluated customer service interactions for quality assurance. This experience helped me refine my communication and problem-solving skills, as well as my ability to provide excellent customer service. Overall, my combined experiences as a seasonal freelancer, remote tasker, content moderator, and customer service representative reviewer have provided me with a well-rounded skill set.
