I had an experienced working as a Sales / Customer Representative from one of the biggest BPO (Business Process and Outsourcing) company here in the Philippines for about 1 year and 5 months. My duties and responsibilities from that prestigious company was to resolved customer issue and making sure that they would purchase what exactly their needs.
