Please excuse the direct approach as I intend to let anyone see if I am a match. I believe that in a freelance world, everything is doable and can be learned, but personality match is really what determines effective partnerships. I am proud to be a mom of 2 with a very supportive husband and belong to an organization that believes in One True God, Jehovah. Having said that, I aim to work with those who might have the same beliefs as mine or someone who can maintain professionalism and respect each other's beliefs even though we don't have the same beliefs. If you get to this part, that means that you are either okay with the things mentioned above or you would like to see what more I can offer. So, let me give you an overview of my experience and skills. I do not regard myself as an expert in all fields but I could confidently say that I can deliver and I can meet expectations. I am a jack of all trades, as I consider myself. I had exposure to a lot of fields as I immerse myself in anything that comes my way. I never thought that something is impossible to learn, what we need is proper training, proper tools, and a ton of willingness. For 3-4 years, I worked at a local bakery where my father works as a baker and my mom was a manager. I assisted in inventory and hiring of employees. I also assisted in basic budgeting and some paperwork for tax filing and such. For a little over 3 years, I handled administrative tasks as a Secretary of a company that imports mining products in the Philippines. I assisted in bookkeeping, inventory management, payroll, email and calendar management, collections, and other paperwork. The tools we use here are all Microsoft products, phone and fax machines, and Gmail. I got a serious pregnancy and had to quit. But I have career goals and I am not used to staying home doing and earning nothing, so I tried to find jobs online. An entrepreneur who aimed to start a Virtual Assistant agency asked me to work with him. It was an executive role that is multi-faceted. I worked as a project manager, HR, and Administrative role, Social Media engagement, and did client outreach. The tools I used here are Microsoft 365, Trello, Canva, and Social Media pages we handled. After the project was put on hold, I started my career in the BPO industry where I handled inbound phone calls and email correspondence for clients. The tools I used here are Zendesk, Talkdesk, Slack, Zoho, and Apollo no. I had a variety of skills and knowledge that I believe are at the intermediate level and I want to put them to good use. I have an interest in medical, human resources, and law, but I also find myself engaging when it comes to business ideas in health and beauty. I hope that by the end of this narrative, I find someone open to partnering with me as a Virtual Assistant and would grow with me in the process. I see you on the flip side!
