Hi, I’m Maynald Blas and you can call me Mia. Let me tell you about myself. I have a little over 5 years experience in the BPO industry working mostly as a Customer Support. I have handled accounts like Telco, healthcare and food delivery. I currently work as a Customer Success Manager which mainly involves calling healthcare facilities for a Healthcare Staffing Registry in the US. I do mostly scheduling and outreach via call, email or chat and also some problem solving when conflicts arise. I started working with them since April 2022. I also have been working as a General Virtual Assistant for a Real Estate Company since November 2022.
