Hi. My name is Michelle B. Paglinawan. I am born and raised in Cagayan de Oro City. I have a bachelor's degree in Information Management from Xavier University - Ateneo de Cagayan. I love reading romantic books and graphic novels. I binge watch on Asian TV Series and Movies. And at times I play an online mobile game called Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. On the side, I also like doing wall climbing, jogging, and going to the gym. I am an honest, conscientious, responsible, trustworthy, hardworking, and dedicated individual. Ordered to do something I am always on it. I have a lot of job experience all through-out my work life. Notable to it is my BPO experience, ranging from cold calling to chat and tech support, of which I was the #1 agent for the month and two. I did also sales for a computer shop here. A customer service representative for a cable tv network. Assisted and did payroll. I did a bit of administrative job, inventory and a slew more. It was in late 2019 when I decided to join the work-from-home workforce. So I bought myself a laptop and started a new journey in life. I started off as an ESL Teacher. And after 4 years of teaching I added a new niche. This is Social Media Management, Graphic Design, and Virtual Assistant. I underwent in-depth training for these through The VA Bar. They taught me things like engagement, lead generation using Apollo and the Boolean technique in LinkedIn. Graphic designs using Canva as my tool for content creation. Buffer and Meta Suite for content scheduling. These were experiences and skills necessary to start off my Social Media Manager/Content Creator. I am an overthinker and that's my weakness. Knowing this I always make sure I set myself a deadline. I make sure I manage my time well so that I won't have time to overthink and to make sure every task is done well.
