I have started my journey in recruitment industry in 2017, I specialized in full cycle or end to end recruiting. Starting off getting the job, attending intake calls, sourcing candidates, job postings, screening candidates, confirming interview schedules and extending an offer. I handled mix of technical and non-technical requisitions from various clients. Then, about a year ago I switched into working as a Recruiting Coordinator, this is more of the back end wherein I work directly with Recruiters, Hiring Managers and some directors to help them with scheduling interviews. The job is making sure that we’re plotting a meeting on interviewer’s calendar without any conflicts and it also need to match with the candidate’s availability. In the last 5 years, I was able to help my employers in terms of their growth in their business by getting interviews, placements each month and providing great customer and client experience. My strength is my ability to build strong relationship with clients and candidates as well, not just in a short term but long-term period.
