I worked in the BPO industry for 8 years. Worked in various positions and I’d like to focus on my career highlights. It was when I got promoted to Performance Analyst. My day-to-day task was to monitor the team’s performance and conduct coaching sessions to provide feedback and redirect teammates to their main opportunities.
