Provides for the proper classification of materials in storage in order to facilitate receiving, issuance and inventory taking of furniture, fixtures, equipment’s and office supplies thus initiating protective measures for stored goods. Account every new acquisition, put stickers, designation and classification. Call suppliers for verification of orders and any discrepancy on the delivery. Provide summary report of attendance every 15 and end of the month. Prepares tally sheets of each department for number of times late/under-time, leave and excess absences. Submits sanction report to the Directress. Submits computation of attendance to the Payroll-in-Charge and keeps a copy for record purposes. Transact and releases accident insurance claim of students and employees. Operates copier. Dissemination and post memos and letters to the other offices. Answer and initiates telephone calls and transfer. And as may be assign by my immediate superior {Treasurer and Directress}.
