I am an experienced Virtual and Executive Assistant with over 12 years of providing comprehensive support to C-level executives. Throughout my career, I’ve developed strong skills in office management, project coordination, and customer service, always striving to make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. In my current role at Anecdote International, I manage a variety of tasks that free up time for our Principals to focus on growing the business. From organizing online programs to coordinating with clients and partners, I take pride in my attention to detail and my ability to ensure the seamless execution of events and projects. Additionally, I oversee inventory and logistics, making sure that all program materials are managed efficiently and delivered on time. Prior to this, I worked as the Executive Secretary to the Executive Director at FEU High School, where I was responsible for liaising with board members and stakeholders. My role involved managing calendars, email communications, social media management, and the overall functioning of the office. I also developed and implemented the company’s Data Privacy Policy to ensure compliance with legal regulations. I am comfortable working independently and remotely, and I am proficient with a wide range of tools and platforms, including Salesforce, Wordpress, Basecamp, Zoom, and Google Suite.
