I am the one reviewing the invoices submitted by the suppliers and matching it with our purchase order, posting invoices in our system, confirming to our sites as to whether the materials has been received or not, I make it appoint that goods has been received in a proper manner before we process the payment. I am the one finalizing the list of invoices to be paid which is inline to our financial stability. I was trained as well to be an Assistant to my finance manager , I am arranging his meetings whether it is for suppliers, Managers and CEO of the company, preparing the things that he needed for his meetings, Arranging weekly meeting as well giving him the status of our financials and credit standing. 9 years with Accounts Receivable, which I managed business to business transactions. I was once awarded as Excellence Stellar Awardee while doing my job as Accounts Receivable. With this job I do order releasing, Credit reviews, reconciliation of account and payments, dispute resolution, sending of customer invoices, processing payment, identifying past due account and resolving billing issues and concerns while ensuring a superior level of customer service. But the most important thing that I learned and I believe, when it comes to Collection, the most effective way to get the good result is to provide a good customer service and communicate properly to your customer. You have to know where your customer is coming from, as to whether, they are disputing their invoices, as to whether they have financial difficulty, as to whether they are under new process, and ETC, and what I am doing with that is to communicate to the customer, communicate to the team who can resolve the dispute, communicate to my bosses for them to know the status and update. Doing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, I believe that it is really important to document everything, because I believe if it is not documented then it never happens.I can say with those experiences I have learned a lot and it helps me to become more professional in everything that I do and I have learned how to take ownership to the job that is given to me.
