Operations Team Manager
I have been working in the outsourcing industry for 8 years. I put myself through college while being able to perform top quality job for the company that I have been working with. I started as an agent taking in around 10-20 calls in a day. A customer service based dental management software. Worked my way up to a Corporate Quality Assurance Analyst who handles the the quality of the call. After more than a year, I got promoted as an Operations Team Manager. I have been a team manager since and has been handling 15-17 people. Now I feel that it is time for me to venture out on my own and meet and work with other people to further enhance my skills and share my knowledge that I gained with the industry.
