Operations Team Leader/ Team Manager
Currently, I am an Operations Team Leader. The program that I am supporting right now is a Healthcare Account. My role requires me to make sure the Team Members under my roster are at par with the program's KPIs. I am also expected to meet them and talk to them during our 1 on 1 coaching. Praising and celebrating with the Team Members in their wins, and also helping them in the areas where they need to work on. Collaborating with other departments is expected of me, this is to make sure that my Team Members are up to date with skills and processes and that we are compliant. By doing this, team members and the business are both benefiting. Before this role, I was able to handle several programs such as Australian Mortgages, US Telco, and Ride-sharing accounts. Having been exposed to the worlds of rank-and-file and leadership is my advantage. My experiences can attest to the skill sets I have.
