I have a wide knowledge in Administrative duties as I was a Coordinator and a Secretary to the Resort Manager back when I was working in a Resort Hotel located in Davao de Oro. I played several tasks not limited to Clerical works, Basic Accounting, Appointment Setting, Email Management and producing End-of-Day Reports. Part of my part of my job description was also Managing Bookings, Billing Statements, and Coordination of Departments. I had an extensive experience in Hotel Industry for 3 years since I am a BS in Hotel and Restaurant Management. My last position handled was a Hotel Supervisor where I was handing not more than 200 employees including part-timers. I administer manpower requests and scheduling, focus on the Hotel’s Operations and Targets working along with the Sales and Marketing Department. Moreover, I worked for 2 years with BPO Industry as a Customer and Technical Associate and had my communications skills improved both verbal and written. I developed Person Relation skills that allowed me to be recognized as one of top performers on Customer Satisfaction. During those times, I was able to accept Resume Making Jobs, Graphic Design, and Content/Caption including creating Party Invitations, Souvenirs and Banner Layouts. Currently, as I was waiting for new job online, I am doing Marketing Posters and Banners for my own small cake business as well as creating and managing my Business Social Media Page. I am motivated with challenges and changes, I like researching and reading. I feel most satisfied at work when I was able to showcase my competence and being able to share my thoughts and learn new things. I do not limit myself on learning what I am capable of and try to learn new things as I go.
