I've been working as Non-Technical Buyer in a Real Estate Company in Makati City. I've been working there since 2017 up to present. My task are to handle the buying process for a given set of goods or even Events in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets. Ensure continuous supply of required goods or materials which may pose risk or impact on the day to day business operations and communicate it to the concern parties. Regularly deals with the supplier in negotiating contracts or proposals, quality, delivery and other issues. Attend meetings and update other concerns in particular when there is a risk.
