I then moved to Boracay, where I worked for three years as a cashier. My role was diverse, involving hotel online management through platforms such as Agoda and Expedia, housekeeping, bartending, file organization, and overseeing daily business operations in the absence of my boss. However, when the government temporarily closed Boracay for rehabilitation and my father passed away, I decided to return home to my hometown. After settling down, I moved to Bacolod and applied for new opportunities, leading to my employment with Transcom Worldwide as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for two years. I was then promoted to Floor Support (SME), where I assisted new agents with their queries, conducted pulse checks to assess knowledge retention, and ensured training effectiveness. After six months, I advanced to the role of Real-Time Escalations, where I handled supervisor calls. Four months later, I was promoted to Intern Team Leader, where I managed a team of 10-20 agents. My responsibilities included driving performance, managing coaching sessions, ensuring company compliance, and supporting agent development. Currently, I am seeking a position that aligns with my extensive experience and offers a stable work-from-home setup. I am confident that my background in customer service, leadership, and team management will allow me to contribute effectively to any organization.
