Marketing/Office Assistant/
Reports directly to Marketing Officers. Assist Marketing Officer in recruitment and training of networks. Paperwork's on clients and accounts entered by the group/Marketing Officer. Help in closing sales and pre-qualifying clients Facilitate in the applications for accreditation of newly recruited brokers and agents for the group. Accounts update to the groups networks ( sellers) Assist Marketing Officer in other sales generating activities (Open houses, site manning, trainings, saturations, briefings, meetings, outings, etc. ) Record keeping and file custodian of the group's records. PR duties with the group networks. Other assignment that may be assign from time to time by immediate superior. Maintenance of the group's records. Coordination with other departments on a division level Attend all calls Schedule and maintain calendar and appointments, sales activities and meetings Receive documents for signature and review of Division Head Manage and distribute documents to its required recipients through the messenger To coordinate and disseminate information as necessary or as instructed To assist the Division Head in preparation of the requirements necessary in conducting sales activities such as Open Houses, seminars, orientations, saturations and the like To assist the group in all walk in and call ins and its routing with the concerned Marketing OfficersFiling of division documents Preparation of the following forms for submission, Calendar of activities, Tripping report and exhibit report
