I have navigated various roles and industries from almost 11 years of work experience. I started as a Compliance Officer for a local company here in the Philippines which focused mainly on administrative and non-financial management compliance. Then I went on and shifted to a different industry and became a Technical Support Representative for one of the biggest telecommunications and technology company in Australia. After a year, I decided to gain more experience with a new telecommunications company based in the US as a Customer Service Representative for individual accounts. Not long after, I got promoted and handled the elite and business accounts. After this, I ventured on handling schedule, logistics and profile monitoring of the corporate auditors as an Operations Coordinator. I also handled internal audit trainings, create quarterly performance reports and inform corporate auditors on updates and changes in product procedures. As a build my solid foundation in business management, I transitioned into a role of Project Assistant for an Agribusiness company, where I honed my project management and organizational skills. My drive to make a broader impact led me to healthcare as a Pollution Control Officer, ensuring compliance and sustainability in a critical sector. This journey culminated in my latest role in the construction industry, in which somehow covered a huge role focusing on environmental management, corporate social responsibility initiatives and carbon footprint monitoring. Currently, I am managing my own business on crystals and accessories in which, I design and create my own ads and postings as well as managing social media marketing while at home.
