Management Information System/Graphic Designer
Provide support to end users relating to hardware and software, computer applications, LAN components and peripherals. Carry out on-site analysis, identification, and resolution of difficult desktop problems for end users Supervise complaint ticketing system and follow timely resolution of all work orders Install, organize, test, maintain, check and troubleshoot end user workstations and interrelated hardware and software. Recommend and apply solutions, including on-site repair for remote users Downloading of Biometric Attendance every day, List all absences, No In /No Out, Late employees; Registered all Newly hired Employee’s in Biometric; Preparing of attendance of those late employees every 15th & 30th of the month; Encoding of regular overtime request and excess overtime; Downloading of attendance for payroll period covered; Preparation of excess overtime and report; Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc. Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks.
