I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science and Computer Science but I haven’t had the chance to apply my degree in a professional capacity. I started working as an Admin Officer in one of the top 1000 corporations in the Phils for 5 years. Then I entered the BPO industry. My background in the (BPO) industry, help me gain valuable experience working in various roles. I have been involved in customer service and order taking which have honed my communication and problem-solving skills in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. In addition to my BPO experience, I have also worked as a virtual assistant, supporting clients remotely with their administrative needs. This role has allowed me to develop excellent organizational and time management abilities, as well as proficiency in using different software tools and applications commonly used in virtual work environments. Moreover, my experience as a virtual assistant has equipped me with strong multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. I am comfortable working independently, managing calendars, handling email correspondence, and assisting with various administrative duties.
