I am Samuel Saraspe Jr. 24 years old and a degree holder of a Bachelor of Arts Major in English Language at the University of Mindanao Tagum. I was a former supervisor in the BPO Industry. Been in the BPO Industry for 4 years, wherein, I started as an Agent as a Customer Service Representative; taking outbound and inbound calls, and handling emails, and chats as well. After that, I was promoted to an SME (Subject Matter Expert) to support and help the team with their knowledge about the account. I was also given the chance to be part of the Escalation Team which handles customers requesting a Supervisor Call; and resolving their issues. Lastly, I was promoted to a Supervisor. Handling team, managing a team that consists of 18 headcounts agents. Ensuring their performance is on top, coaching them, and correcting them about certain behavior. Doing admin tasks on a daily basis as well. Aside from working in a BPO, I also had experience working as an ISA VA (Inside Sales Associates Virtual Assistant) which does outbound and inbound calls. Calling people who own the property and setting an appointment to meet them and helping them sell their property at their best price and expectations.
