IT Business Analyst/ Technical Support Engr.
I'm Genalyn Cabilao I've been in Technical/Security Support engr. and IT Business Analyst for 6 years now. Basically what I'm doing is I'm troubleshooting and debugging all the reported issues thru our ticketing and chat tool(web, games, servers). Provisioning access to our applications(7 applications) we have to be keen into details and carefull in giving access as there are sensitive data that are not for everyone. I also work closely with our stakeholders and CEO to gather requirements and to know their needs. Documenting it and giving task to our developers, QA and UI/UX for the development. Humbly speaking, I can say that, I did a great job as I'm getting complements from my Manager. Whenever I'm working on certain task I've always make sure that I'm giving my 100% for a better quality result. If training is provided on a certain job or a new job description that would not be a problem for I am a fast learner. I'm willing to learn and to be trained. I'm a positive person towards work and life, easy to go with and always enjoy working on a challenging position as this enables me to bring out my best.
