Human Resources Assistant / Virtual Assistant
-Assigned to provide the whole range of Human Resources Operation and provides employees to clients and correspondences as required by the clients. -Handles all recruitment request from clients, sourcing candidates, initial screening, final screening, arrangement and coordination of client interviews, and discussion of job offers with selected candidates. -Responsible for leadership, development, implementation and administration of recruitment programs and drive execution of an effective short-term recruiting strategy. Provides support to the client’s site engagement activities through logistics and execution.
