I am Janice P. Cena, 35 years old from Cebu, Philippines. I earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Psychology and I have been working as Human Resource Assistant for 13 years now. I am handling recruitment, screening of applicants, testing,conducts preliminary interview giving of pre-employment requirements, safe keeping of employees 201 file, assist new employees during on boarding, I also process employees compensation and benefits such as reporting of newly hired employees to the different government agencies, processing of loan application forms, submission of sickness notifications and reimbursements, submission of maternity notifications and reimbursements, uniform distribution. I also do timekeeping, encoding of employees leave application. Aside from the usual Human Resource assistant tasks I also gained basic knowledge on first aid and applies first aid to injured employees, assist company physician during employees check up, checks and monitor employees blood pressure, monitors availability of medicines and contacts HMO provider during employee admission. I also have experience in handling employees cooperative and use excel in computing interest. I also gained skills in dealing with different types of people and age groups. I also value confidentiality in every tasks and I believe it is vital in doing HR works.
