After graduating with my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, I’ve spent the last seven years building professional experience in Human Resource, Recruitment, Research and Project Management. Putting my course into practice, I have experience as a Home-based HR Manager for a Canada based company. I handle payroll, time keeping, recruitment, on-boarding document processing and training. Aside from home based job, I also worked in Consulting Firms as a results-driven Recruiter with ability in reaching individual and industry targets. I work closely with the HR Managers of different Industries such as BPO, Retail, Hotels, Restaurants, Banks, Health/ Beauty and Hospitals making sure that I understand all the qualifications of their ideal applicants and see to it that I would be filling in the best talent for them. I’m a highly organised Project Manager who specializes on Website Development and Social Media Management. I have successfully managed multiple leading companies locally and internationally where I have built a strong professional relationships with. As a Project Manager, I lead and facilitate technical creative meetings both with the clients' key decision makers and Graphic Artist / Programmer team in developing websites and social media management which would result to reaching the business objectives. I help manage the entire project, from conception to execution. When it comes to being a Research Specialist, I worked in acquiring building and construction information from various Developers, Architects, Engineers and Contractors. One of the most important responsibilities is to make sure that your portfolio is updated and accurate in terms of its status, construction details and people involve in every project. I was given the opportunity to handle one of the company's biggest portfolios. Also, as a previous Research Specialist, one of the proudest achievements I had was being awarded as the employee with 'The Most Outstanding Work Ethics' for the year 2017.
