As a Hr Account Officer i: • Coordinates manpower requirements of assigned company with the recruitment • Does recruitment- administer exam and interview • Assist and endorse applicants for employers interview • Monitor deployed workers attendance • Issuance of Appointment of Regularization • Assist deployed workers on their biometrics registration • Conducts orientation for newly hired employees • Performs timekeeping based on the timecard submitted for payroll processing • Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data • Ensures that all employees’ payroll and other remuneration are paid on the scheduled paydays • Ensures accuracy in the computation and entry of employees’ payroll and all necessary deductions are deducted • Answer routine payroll inquiries and do pay-slip distribution • Remind deployed workers on rules and regulations. • Monitors deployed workers performance thru performance evaluation • Handle all deployed workers inquiries and complains • Ensures data for government reports such as withholding taxes, alphalist, SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth, etc are accurate • Responsible for the enrolment of employees to government mandated benefits such as Pag-ibig, Philhealth and Tin number. • Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees • Prepares and checks billing of manpower agency and statement of account • Submissiom of required report to client/companies -daily and month attendance report -absences report -sickness report • Submissiom of reports as required by the company -weekly placement report -monthly manpower placement report -list of ends of contract -Source applicants
