I have been in a BPO Industry for 2 years and 6 months. In the span of this, I experience being a floor support in just 3 months and become a team lead after. I am trained in voice, chats, and email channels. - I have Lead a team of 15 customer service representatives handling inbound inquiries and resolving customer issues across multiple channels (phone, email, chat). - Provide ongoing training, coaching, and feedback to team members to improve product knowledge, communication skills, and customer service techniques. - Monitor team performance and productivity metrics, such as average handle time (AHT), first call resolution (FCR), and customer satisfaction scores (CSAT), to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. I do have an experience as well in being a VA for a year. Through this, I was able to enhance my skills as well.
